Who we are

CreatorHQ is operated by [Company Legal Name] (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. We are not affiliated with Fanvue.

Data we collect

  • Account: your email and basic profile, via our auth provider (Clerk).
  • Fanvue connection: OAuth access/refresh tokens for the accounts you connect, encrypted at rest and used only to fetch your analytics.
  • Analytics & events: revenue, subscriber, spender and retention figures fetched from Fanvue, plus webhook event metadata (e.g. a tip occurred) tied to your account.
  • Billing: your subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription IDs. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.

How we use it

Solely to provide the Service: authenticate you, display your dashboard, deliver live event alerts, and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Security

OAuth tokens and webhook secrets are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before storage and are never written to logs. Access is scoped so each customer can only see their own data.

Sub-processors

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service: Fanvue (your data source), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete everything at any time from Account → Delete account & data, which removes your connections, stored events, subscription record, deregisters your Fanvue webhooks, and deletes your account. You may also email us to request deletion.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise them.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication/session management (via Clerk). We do not use advertising cookies.
