Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of CreatorHQ (the “Service”), operated by [Company Legal Name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
CreatorHQ is a read-only analytics dashboard for creators who use Fanvue. You connect one or more Fanvue accounts and we display combined revenue, subscriber, spender, retention, and activity data. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fanvue.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Authentication is handled by our provider (Clerk).
4. Connecting Fanvue
You connect Fanvue via OAuth and grant read-only permissions so we can display your analytics and receive event notifications. We never ask for your Fanvue password. You may disconnect an account at any time; doing so removes the associated webhook and stored data for that account.
5. Subscriptions & billing
The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other users’ data, no reselling or scraping the Service, and no use that violates Fanvue’s own terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. Analytics are sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; do not rely on them as your sole record for financial, tax, or legal purposes. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/State], and disputes are subject to its courts.
